Audrey Rader is the Watershed Restoration Program Manager for Borderlands Restoration Network. After spending many years restoring degraded landscapes across the southwest with both public and private partners, Audrey brings her ecological restoration and soil conservation expertise to the spectacular Sky Islands of southern Arizona and northern Mexico. Her passions center on developing and implementing ecological restoration and habitat enhancement projects in arid landscapes, facilitating public understanding of restoration practices, and promoting community ties through the dual lens of natural spaces and rainwater harvesting. She holds a BS in Geosciences and an MS in Ecology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In her free time, Audrey is an avid reader who satiates her constant desire to be outdoors through hiking, gardening, and rock climbing.
