Karen's Biography

Coming from Yuma, Arizona, Karen is currently a Doris Duke Conservation Scholar interning at Borderlands through the University of Arizona. They are currently studying at the University of Arizona, working towards a B.S. in Natural Resources. They plan on working in land conservation and native plant restoration in the future. They plan on using the knowledge gained in BECY and applying it to their degree and future conservation work. ​
