Wild heliotrope is a beautiful purple wildflower in the borage family. Please note that some people have an allergic reaction to plants in this genus, and so it should not be sown somewhere you regularly travel through. It does outstandingly well in low desert and mid-elevations, desert and grassland habitats. Sow in the fall for a spring bloom. A seed packet includes 100 seeds.
