CODY's Bio

Cody Calamaio (she/her) is a Content Writer at Borderlands Restoration Network. She is originally from Phoenix, AZ and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Her career as a writer began in journalism where she worked for newspapers and magazines in Washington D.C. and New York. After going back to grad school at the Pratt Institute where she studied design, Cody began working in business development for design and architecture firms. 

 

She is now combining her skills and interests by transitioning her career to be a voice for the environment. She lives in Tucson, AZ and enjoys crafting, birdwatching, and community-focused activities. Her life is ruled by a tiny gremlin dog who is (unfortunately) not very outdoorsy.
