JORDAN's Bio

Jordan Sene (she/her) is the Education Program Manager at BRN. She’s from Rio Rico, Arizona, and graduated from the first Borderlands Earth Care Youth (BECY) Nogales cohort in 2018. After her participation in BECY, she quickly became excited to return home to work alongside local communities to steward ecosystems and build up local restorative economies.

 

Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability with an emphasis in ecology and a minor in Spanish at Arizona State University in 2022 and finished her MS in Sustainability Solutions in 2023.

​For fun, Jordan likes spending time with family, traveling, and working on sustainability storytelling or creative projects.
