GAP YEAR & VISITING GROUPS

ABOUT

Borderlands Restoration Network welcomes visiting groups to participate in hands-on restoration experiences and expert-led field trips within Santa Cruz County. We offer bunkhouse-style accommodation for up to 18 people, numerous outdoor spaces for camping, locally catered meals, and a chance to experience the unique challenges and rewards of life in rural borderlands spaces.

We encourage you to book a stay with BRN in order to introduce your group to the richness of southern Arizona’s ecology and culture, as well as to participate in meaningful restoration work led by our team of passionate professionals.

“I most enjoyed going to the border because it was truly eye-opening to see what it was like. I am going to apply my new knowledge I learned to go out and pursue my passion for politics and social justice.”
